Thank you for your interest in being a part of Hartsville’s Artisan Vendor Market! This market will be held during the Downtown Holiday Open House event on November 19th, 2020 from 6 – 9 p.m. Vendors should plan to check in between 4:30 – 5 p.m. and will be assigned to a dedicated area during the event. This market welcomes unique, handmade, and homemade quality products made by local artists, chefs, and farmers. This is a juried show, our market committee will review your application and send you a response once your application has been reviewed. Home party, multi-level marketing, and political campaigns will not be approved for entry. Vendors with City of Hartsville business licenses can participate free of charge. Any vendor without a business license should pay a $25 vendor fee. Applications are due by November 13th.

I understand that I am responsible for following special protocols including wearing a mask, sanitizing my hands and station often, and encouraging social distancing within my booth. By submitting your application, you accept market rules and implicitly hold the City of Hartsville, its staff, and the City of Hartsville harmless from any legal actions against these entities. Vendors participate at the sole discretion of the City of Hartsville Special Events Office.
